An OLED, an OLED array substrate, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to preventing the substrate from being damaged by preventing the substrate from being bent, when a metal film is laminated on the substrate. An OLED(Organic Light Emitting Device) includes a substrate(200), first and second electrodes, an organic film and at least one separator(221). The substrate includes at least one TFT. A light emitting region and a non-light emitting region are defined on the substrate. The first electrode is formed on the light emitting region on the substrate. The organic film is arranged on the first electrode. The organic film at least includes a light emitting layer. The second electrode is arranged on the organic film. The separator is arranged on the non-light emitting region. A heat expansion coefficient of the separator is smaller than 3.5ppm/°C. |
