An automatic control device and method for outdoor air inhalation of vehicle are provided to block outdoor air and to maintain comfortable driving environment by sensing outdoor air harmful to a human body by an electronic nose sensor mounted at a front part of a vehicle. An automatic control device for outdoor air inhalation of vehicle comprises: an outdoor air sensor(10), a micom(20), an indoor/outdoor air converter(30), and an oxygen generator(40). The outdoor air sensor senses an ingredient of outdoor air, and outputs a predetermined sensing signal corresponding to the ingredient of outdoor air. The micom determines whether harmful specific ingredients are included in the outdoor air or not by analyzing the sensing signal received from the outdoor air sensor, and outputs a predetermined control signal. The indoor/outdoor air converter converts an inflow mode of the outdoor air by control of the micom. The oxygen generator supplies oxygen to the inside of the vehicle by control of the micom.
