An indoor air ventilation system is provided to allow users to always check an indoor air contamination state by detecting concentration of carbon dioxide and displaying indoor air contamination degree to a display unit in real time, and to ventilate indoor air by discharging contaminated indoor air through a key operation unit according to the contamination state. An indoor air ventilation system comprises a refrigerator ventilation device(100) and a heat recovery ventilation device(110). The heat recovery ventilation device includes a transmitting/receiving unit for transmitting a drive/stop signal and receiving a drive order signal provided from refrigerator ventilation device, a temperature detection unit for detecting indoor temperature, a motor drive unit for being linked to an air supply port, an air supply fan, an exhaust port, an exhaust fan and performing discharge of indoor air and suction of outdoor air, a power supply unit for providing driving voltage, and a controller for performing mutual control between the transmitting/receiving unit, the temperature detection unit, the motor drive unit and the power supply unit.
