<p>A communication method and a communication apparatus are provided to prevent an information delay due to retransmission control by eliminating the destruction of information so that a retransmission request cannot be generated. The first BTS(Base Transceiver Station)(30-1) receives information from an external communication state(100)(S21), grants TSNs(Transmission Serial Numbers) to the received information(S22), and transmits it to a terminal(10)(S23). If handover is carried out, the external communication station stops transmitting information to the first BTS, and starts transmission to the second BTS(30-2)(S24). If the first BTS transmits information(TSN-14), undelivered to the terminal, to the second BTS(S25), the second BTS transmits the received information to the terminal with the same TSN(S26). For the information directly received from the external communication station, the second BTS grants new TSNs and transmits the directly received information to the terminal(S27).</p> |
