An energy recovery ventilation capable of repairing inner parts easily is provided to facilitate repair and maintenance of internal components such as air supply fan, ventilation fan, motors, or heat exchanger without disassembling the entire product by simply opening first, second, third doors. An energy recovery ventilation(100) capable of repairing inner parts easily comprises a duct(10), a heat exchanger(30), first, second, third doors(41,42,43), and a plurality of connection pieces. The duct is divided into an air supply duct(11) for introducing outdoor air to the inside by an air supply fan(20), and a ventilation duct(12) crossed with the air supply duct for ventilating indoor air to the outside by a ventilation fan(21). The heat exchanger is provided at the point where the air supply duct and the ventilation duct are crossed, partitioned with a plurality of air supply passages communicating with the air supply duct and a plurality of ventilation passages communicating with the ventilation duct, which are adjacent to each other, for exchanging air inside the air supply passages and ventilation passages with each other. The first, second, third doors are provided at the duct, adjacent the air supply fan, ventilation fan, and heat exchanger for easy repair. The plurality of connection pieces are provided at the duct to connect a fixing rod whose one side is fixed on a ceiling wall. The air supply fan and the ventilation fan are rotated by the same kind of motors(20a,21a) respectively, having the heat exchanger therebetween, wherein the motors face the doors respectively.
