A support for a lid is provided to support the lid used before or after cooking upside down by having a frame whose front is opened and holes through which screws are fastened to fix the support to a sink. A support for a lid includes a circular support(5), a frame(1), and screw holes(2). The lid is laid on the circular support. Integrated with the circular support, the frame opens the front thereof. The screw holes are formed at the distal ends of the frame so that the support is fixed to a sink by fastening screws through the screw holes.
