A stick type guide-rail clamp is provided to employ a screw-coupling scheme by forming first and second fixed parts fixed to a handrail belonging to a window frame, a balcony, and a slab and forming a spiral protrusion and a spiral groove in first and second fixture parts. A stick type guide-rail clamp includes the first fixed part(10), the second fixed part(20), and a handrail rod. The first fixed part(10) is coupled to a corner part of the handrail of a slab, a balcony, and a window frame in a building. The first fixed part(10) includes a screw-shaped protrusion such that the first fixed part(10) fixedly sticks to side surfaces of a concrete wall. The second fixed part(20) has one side formed with a screw-shaped groove to be connected to the screw-shaped protrusion of the first fixed part(10). The second fixed part(20) is horizontally coupled to the first fixed part(10) to adjust the length of the clamp. The handrail rod is coupled to a recess formed at the second side of the screw-shaped groove of the second fixed part(20).
