An Internet shopping mall system using a virtual town type webpage and an operation method thereof are provided to offer PR(Public Relation) or goods information of a company when a user clicks a brand name or a logo by placing the brand name or the logo of the companies along a cyber street of a cyber town. A company information managing module(340) registers/manages profile information of the registered company and enables a company manager to edit/delete the stored company information. A user information managing module(345) guides member registration to the user and registers user profile information received from the user. A company AD(ADvertisement) information managing module(350) registers/manages a brand image, the log, and the goods or PR information uploaded from the company manager. An AD page providing module(360) generates virtual town information by clustering sides of the virtual street and dividing a clustered area into each section, and registers/manages the virtual town information. A user log information managing module(370) collect, manages, and stores log information, which is generated when the user visits the companies placed to the sides of the virtual street, by matching with user ID information.
