A support system with a steel stairs preceding method of construction is provided to increase constructability by using steel stairs as working stairs for the uppermost story of a building with a simple structure and reducing a construction error between a staircase and steel stairs. The support system with a steel stairs preceding method of construction comprises a landing(210) provided with many nut parts(214) to couple with supports by wedge parts, many wedge parts(220) connecting a landing and supports and provided with bolt parts(222) to couple with nut parts of a landing and projecting parts(224) to be inserted to the top of supports, and supports(230) placed between an upstairs landing and a downstairs landing to support the upstairs landing to make the top inserted to many wedge parts coupled to nut parts of the upstairs landing and the bottom coupled to many nut parts of a downstairs landing and provided with bolt parts(232) to couple with nut parts of a landing and a height regulating part(234) to regulate in height.
