METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR ADVERTISING WITH CONVERTIBLE SIGNBOARD

An advertising system using a convertible signboard and a method thereof are provided to maximize the space utility of an outdoor signboard by arranging a display device for a multimedia advertisement on the rear part of the outdoor signboard. An advertising system using a convertible signboard includes an advertisement signboard(10), a display unit(15), a signboard exchanging unit(20), and a control computer(30). The advertisement signboard(10) of a panel type which displays an advertisement for advertising a shop. The display unit(15) is installed to be hidden on a rear part of the advertisement signboard(10), and appears according to the movement of the advertisement signboard(10). The signboard exchanging unit(20) moves the advertisement signboard(10) with respect to the display unit(15). The control computer(30) controls the operation of the signboard exchanging unit(20) and provides advertisement contents to the display unit(15).
