A wooden structural material for construction is provided to facilitate processing work for the wooden structural material by fabricating the wooden structural material in a II-shape using a press. A wooden structural material used for a joist and a rafter comprises vertical members(120) and horizontal members(110). The vertical members are disposed in parallel to each other and have a protrusion, respectively. The horizontal members face each other and have a recess to which the protrusion is mounted such that the wooden structural material has a II-shape. The outside of wooden structural material is treated with a waterproof agent, an antiseptic agent and an flameproof agent. The vertical and horizontal members are pressed against each other for about 2days to form the wooden structural material having the II-shape.
