A rotatable parking apparatus having an up/down structure is provided to diversify the design thereof by installing a lift at a position overlapped with a garage or at one side of a pallet. A rotatable parking apparatus comprises a horizontal garage including pallets(11), a lift installed at one side of the horizontal garage, a horizontal moving member for transversely moving the pallet, a longitudinal driving member(60), a transverse moving unit, which is positioned at corners of the horizontal garage and ascends/descends, and an up/down member(70). The longitudinal driving member moves the pallet disposed in the horizontal garage in front, rear and longitudinal directions. The up/down member allows the transverse moving unit to move between the horizontal moving member and the longitudinal driving member.
