A mud-filled panel system is provided to realize an earth house effect by filling soil in an outer wall having a frame to which a fabric is attached to prevent mud from protruding through a hole of the frame. A mud-filled panel system comprises an upper frame, a middle frame, a lower frame and an intermediate frame(55) that are coupled to each other in various forms by bolts. A metallic net or a fabric is attached to surfaces of the frames to prevent soil from protruding through holes formed in the surface of the frames. The frames are filled with soil or a mixture including soil, sand, gravels and charcoal. An electric heater is buried in the soil. The lower frame has a door hole. The door hole has a plurality of nut holes to which fixing bolts are coupled to fix a door to the door hole.
