A multi-functional stadium is provided to be used for various purposes for a sports game or a stadium, and to be used variously to reduce the economic burden of a manager managing the multi-functional stadium. A multi-functional stadium includes a play ground(11), an auditorium(12), and a stadium(13). The playground is installed to be moved to one side or both sides thereof be divided and moved, to make a space installed in a lower part thereof be closed or opened. The auditorium is installed in the periphery of the playground and receives the spectators of the sports game. The stadium(13) is installed on a lower space of the playground to ascend above the ground, and makes a stage and plural chairs thereof ascend to the ground.
