摘要 <p>A carbon nano-tube field emission display device is provided to simplify an anode substrate manufacturing process by forming a phosphor layer as a single layer on a color substrate. A carbon nano-tube field emission display device includes a cathode substrate(100) and an anode substrate(200) disposed on the cathode substrate. The anode substrate includes a first substrate(210), an anode electrode(220), a phosphor layer(230), and a plurality of color filter layers(240). The first substrate includes a first surface(210a) and a second surface(210b). The first surface is positioned opposite to the cathode substrate. The anode electrode is disposed on the first surface of the first substrate. The phosphor layer is disposed between the anode electrode and the cathode substrate. The color filter layers are formed between the phosphor layer and the first substrate or on the second surface of the first substrate. The color filter layers are disposed between the phosphor layer and the anode electrode.</p>
