<p>A carbon nano-tube paste composite for a field emission display device is provided to improve electron emission efficiency by forming an electron emission source with a screen printing method. A carbon nano-tube paste composite for a field emission display device includes a filling agent. The filling agent includes a dielectric material having spontaneous polarization. The dielectric material of the filling agent corresponds to 10 to 80 weight percent. The dielectric material is formed with one kind selected from a group including BaTiO3, (Ba,Sr)TiO3, SrTiO3, PZT, and PLZT. The carbon nano-tube paste composite for the field emission display device includes a carbon nano-tube of 10-80 weight percent, an organic vehicle of 10-80 weight percent, and a dielectric material of 10 to 80 weight percent.</p> |
