<p>A method for treating tumor by using a modified tumor cell and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the same tumor cell are provided to treat kidney tumor of mammals by administering the tumor cell which loses its growth ability by irradiation of radiation and expresses human hepatitis B surface antigen(HBsAg). A tumor is treated by administering a therapeutically effective amount of a tumor cell in which human hepatitis B surface antigen is expressed and the growth ability is lost by radiation treatment into a mammal, wherein the tumor and tumor cell has an identical form and the tumor cell expressing human hepatitis B surface antigen is produced by transformation with a vector pMXHBsAG-IRES-puro(KCCM-10744P) containing a gene encoding human hepatitis B surface antigen; and the tumor is selected from kidney cancer, lung cancer, colon cancer, breast cancer and prostate cancer.</p> |
