An optical recording/reproducing apparatus for label printing is provided to print a label without influencing a recording surface of the optical disk by placing a label printer module in the apparatus. An optical recording/reproducing apparatus for label printing comprises an optical disk drive unit(500), a label printer module(120), and an optical disk support device. The optical disk drive unit records/produces the information on a recording surface of an optical disk(D). The label printer module prints a label on a label surface of the optical disk. The optical disk support device supports the optical disk to keep the label surface at the printing position during label printing. The optical disk support device has an active support unit moved to the position of supporting a side part of the optical disk during label printing. The active support unit includes a side stopper, a solenoid operating the side stopper, a disk guide, a driving source(113), and a link member.
