A prestress type soil nailing structure and a method for reinforcing the foundation using the same are provided to prevent a breakage of a bearing plate by applying a passive earth pressure to a wall using a prestress load of the bearing plate. A prestress type soil nailing structure comprises a bearing plate structure(10), a fixing inner member structure(20) and a steel line(30). The bearing plate structure includes a bearing plate(12), which has an insertion hole for a reinforcing member(40) and an insertion hole for the steel line. The fixing inner member structure includes a connection portion(22) connected to the end of the reinforcing member and a head portion(27). The head portion has a guiding groove. The steel line passes through the guiding groove to be mounted in the insertion hole for the steel line.
