A dental prosthesis and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to achieve the simplified and screw-connected type installation without removing a natural tooth to be used as an abutment, and the uniform dispersion of a biting pressure. A dental prosthesis is used for recovering a lost tooth and comprises: a keeper(100), arranged so as to cover a one-side abutment from a lingual side; a base(200), arranged so as to cover a other-side abutment and the keeper; and a body(300), playing a role of an artificial tooth and connected with the keeper and the base through a screw as well as arranged so as to cover the one-side or other-side abutment from an opposite direction of a covering one of the keeper.
