A crosslinker is provided to reduce the deterioration of a polyurethane foam under wet aging conditions. A composition for preparing a polyurethane foam is substantially comprised of a non-fugitive tertiary amine urethane catalyst and a crosslinking additive. The crosslinking additive comprises one or more compounds of an amidoamine represented by the formula A: (RCO)N(R')-[(CH2)m-NR']n-R' and an imidazoline represented by the formula B, wherein R is hydrogen, a C1-C35 alkyl, substituted alkyl, alkenyl, substituted alkenyl, aryl, substituted aryl or alkylaryl group, each R' is independently an RCO- acyl group, hydrogen, a C1-C36 alkyl, substituted alkyl, alkenyl, substituted alkenyl, aryl, substituted aryl or alkylaryl group, or a group of the formula (C)(if n>1 in the formula B), m is 2 or 3, and n is an integer of 1-10.
