A horizontal rotating device of a rock drill attached to an excavator is provided to conduct operations conveniently by supplying a rotational angle of 90 degrees or more without increasing the entire size of equipment. The horizontal rotating device of a rock drill attached to an excavator is formed by coupling an excavator mounting portion(1) and a drill mounting portion(2) vertically using a rotary shaft(3), fixing the rotary shaft to rotate together with the excavator mounting portion, and connecting a power transmission portion(4) as a hydraulic cylinder to a connection(31) formed on the bottom of the rotary shaft and a rear plate(22) of the drill mounting portion, wherein the power transmission portion expands and contracts in a piston motion to supply power to the rotary shaft, so that the rotary shaft rotates together with the excavator mounting portion and the drill mounting portion rotates on the excavator mounting portion relatively. |
