An accompanied trespasser protecting system is provided to enable residents and unchecked visitors to selectively come in and out before passing through a second entrance, thereby preventing an accident before happens. Sensors(1, 5 and 2, 6 and 3, 4) are interlocked with each other to count the number of proceeding residents or visitors when the residents or the visitors proceed into a second entrance after passing through a first entrance, automatically notifies a guardroom that it is sensed that the number of resident cards checked in the first entrance does not match with the number of the residents or visitors without opening the second entrance. A warning light is operated according to the generation of a trouble, and an alarm sound and the warning light are operated in a center monitoring unit. The center monitoring unit transmits an announcement to the spot and transmits a text message composed of a code address to neighbor workers and a person in charge. The neighbor workers and the person in charge deal with the trouble according to the text message displaying a trouble condition, location, and region in order.
