POLARIZING PLATE AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

A polarizing plate and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to reduce curls generated on the polarizing plate by bonding a convex surface of the curl on a polarizing film formed after leaving an acetylcellulose film at 80 degree for 24 hours. In a polarizing plate, a cycloolefin resin film is laminated on one surface of a polarizing film(1) containing polyvinyl alcohol resin, by an adhesive agent and an acetylcellulose film is laminated on the other surface by an adhesive agent. The convex surface of curl generated after leaving the acetylcellulose film at 80 degree for 24 hours is used an adhesive surface for the polarizing film. In particular, the convex surface of the curl is stuck on the polarizing film.
