A manufacturing process of a loess mat and a mat manufactured by the same are provided to have a simple mat structure, to be manufactured easily, and to obtain effects of emitting sufficient far infrared rays. In a manufacturing process of a loess mat, 45-55 weight % of pure antibacterial loess powder, 25-30 weight % of pozzolan pulverized in 325 mesh, and 20-25 weight% of natural vegetable adhesive are mixed and are formed with a high pressure to constitute a loess plate(100) formed to have a thickness of 7-10 cm. Pure loess in the ground in a depth of more than 1m in a selected area that is not polluted is used to obtain unpolluted and clean loess. A loess plate(100) is stacked on the upper surface of a cotton textile(50) below which an insulating material(20), an electric heating plate(30), and a copper plate(40) are stacked in turn, and a cotton textile and a natural laminated floor paper are stacked on the loess plate again.
