A slide spring device in a communication terminal and a slide module containing the same are provided to reduce the number of assembly parts and the number of workers by manufacturing a spring case in a single piece and to implement the slimness of portable terminals by thinning the spring case as thick as the diameter of a spring. A slide spring device in a communication terminal comprises a spring casing(50) formed in a single body. At the spring casing(50), a plurality of spring chambers(51A,51B) to accept compressed springs(80) are formed in parallel. Each of the spring chambers(51A,51B) comprises a spring intake(52) and spring hooking sills. Each spring intake(52) is as wide as the outer diameter of each compressed spring(80) so that each compressed spring(80) can be compressed and inserted into each spring chamber. The spring hooking sills of each spring chamber, respectively formed at the upper and lower parts of each spring chamber, are provided to prevent each compressed spring from being separated from each spring chamber.
