A data receiver circuit having multiple operation types and a semiconductor device comprising the same are provided to reduce signal distortion and to improve signal integrity, by performing its operation by selecting one operation type according to an operation frequency or channel environment. According to a data receiver circuit(160) of a semiconductor device, a single input buffer(212) is connected to a data input port and buffers an input data signal received to the data input port. A differential input buffer(211) receives the input data signal through one port and receives a reference signal through the other port, and generates an output signal based on the comparison result between the input data signal and the reference signal. A termination resistor element(Rterm) is connected to the data input port selectively. The single input buffer and the differential input buffer are enabled selectively.
