A server for managing slips with a smart card or an IC card is provided to prevent copy and forgery/alteration of the slips, completely block improper network access, and secure a slip approval, storing, and circulating process of the slips by providing the safest and most reliable slip system. A slip information receiver receives slip information provided to the smart card of a user from a slip issuance agency server issuing the slips. A receiver receives the slip information from a server obtaining the slip information stored in the smart card of the user. An authenticator authenticates validity of the slip information by comparing the slip information received from the slip issuance agency server with the slip information received from the server obtaining the slip information from the smart card of the user. |
