A web contents display system for realizing a multi-column and a method thereof are provided to structure web contents in a tree form according to constituents, clearly state plural constituent identifiers to a template and display the constituent identifiers in a location separated from the web contents, so that various production as well as the multi-column can be possible only by changing the template without editing the web contents. Web contents(200) have inherent identifiers per each constituent and are structured in a tree form. A template(100) has a delimiter symbol for prescribing a location where the structure web contents will be outputted. Design data(300) has a template identifier for delimiting one or more templates which will be used together with the web contents. An HTML(Hypertext Markup Language) generator(400) generates an HTML for realizing a multi-column by using the web contents, the template and the design data. |
