A waste accumulation system, a waste disposal charging system, and a charging method for waste disposal are provided to effectively suppress the throwing of waste into the waste accumulation system, and promote a waste charging system as using the waste accumulation system. A waste accumulation system comprises the followings: a throwing unit(25) into which waste is thrown; an accumulation room(11) which accumulates the waste thrown through the throwing unit; and an identifying unit(21) which identifies a throwing person throwing the waste into the throwing unit. A measuring unit(30) measures the thrown amount of waste thrown into the throwing unit.
