An extract of Himalayan rock salt and a soap containing the extract of Himalayan rock salt are provided to improve the circulation of blood and to prevent dandruff and the falling out of hair. An extract of Himalayan rock salt is prepared by heating Himalayan rock salt at a temperature of 1,200-1,300 deg.C for 24 hours or more; pulverizing the solidified rock salt; filtering the pulverized one with a filter of 80 mesh; mixing water and the filtered rock salt in a ratio of 1:1 by weight; ultrasonicating the obtained mixture for 1 hour; and filtering the ultrasonicated one with a filter of 100 mesh. A soap comprises 61.35-85.75 wt% of a soap base; 0.5-10 wt% of the extract of Himalayan rock salt; 0.15 wt% of a moisturizing agent; 0.30 wt% of a frothing agent; 0.10-2.00 wt% of glycerin; 10-20 wt% of a fatty acid; 1.2 wt% of a surfactant; and 1.0 wt% of perfume. |
