A safe locking apparatus of an elevator door is provided to ensure safety while reducing the number of components of the locking apparatus as many as possible, release and lock the door when the door is lifted and dropped, and recognize the locking state of the door through a signal sensor. A safe locking apparatus includes a hooking unit, a guide rod, and a locking sensing unit(4). The hooking unit is provided at the first side of the door(1). The guide rod is provided at the front side of a car(3) to guide that the hooking unit(11) is lifted and dropped. The locking sensing unit(4) is provided at the first side of a frame(2) surrounding the door(1). The locking sensing unit(4) releases and locks the hooking unit in the contact with the hooking unit and outputs a signal related thereto to a controller.
