A wireless nurse call system is provided to solve a problem that an existing automatic wireless call system can wirelessly call a nurse, but the nurse cannot wirelessly call a patient, so it is very cumbersome and inconvenient for staffs in case the hospital needs to call the patient. A general call button and an emergency call button wirelessly transmit a nurse call signal of a patient. A called signal lamp and a speaker wirelessly receive a patient call signal of a nurse and inform accordingly. A patient's portable pager(10) includes a port connector for inputting a patient identification code. A display screen displays information on a plurality of patients managed by the nurse and a received call signal of a patient. A patient selection scroll key reads and selects a patient to be called by the nurse. A patient call button wirelessly transmits the patient call signal of the nurse. A called signal lamp and a speaker wirelessly receive the nurse call signal of the patient. A nurse portable terminal(20) includes a terminal connector for inputting patient information managed by the nurse. Plural repeaters(30) wirelessly transmit a call signal bi-directionally between the patient portable pager and a central controller(40) and between the nurse portable terminal(20) and the central controller(40). The central controller(40) receives a plurality of nurse call signals and patient call signals through the multiple repeaters(30), determines whether they are the same signals, and processes them as call information. A call situation display unit(50) includes a computer terminal(52) and a call situation board(54) that are connected with the central controller(40) through fixed lines and display the call information transferred from the central controller(40).
