A disposable feet pack containing paraffin is provided to give shock to a heating facilitation metal plate to make a heating material emit heat, and to make paraffin applied to an inner cover of the feet pack by using the emitted heat. A disposable feet pack containing paraffin includes an outer cover(20), a resin bag(30), a heating material and a heating facilitation metal plate received into the resin bag; and paraffin. The outer cover constitutes the outer shape of a feet pack having the shape of a sock. The inner cover comes into contact with a human body. The resin bag is formed between the outer cover and the inner cover. The paraffin is applied to the inner cover of the feet pack. The paraffin is contained in the inside of the feet pack in a pulverized shape. The paraffin is natural paraffin or paraffin containing natural aroma oil.
