A structure for preventing a front head part of an Mn crossing noise rail from being damaged in a rail turnout is provided to check the contact between the front head part and a wheel of a vehicle to curve the head part such that the head part make contacts with the wheel while ensuring sufficient safety. A curved part(121) is formed with a predetermined radius in the upper corner of a head part of an Mn crossing nose rail(10) when the Mn crossing noise rail(10) of a rail turnout is molded. An incline plane(122) is formed from the upper end point of the curved part(121) to a point at which the nose rail(10) has a predetermined with(B). The radius in the corner of the head part corresponds to 35mm. The width of the Mn crossing nose rail is a rail head width of 50mm.
