摘要 A device for testing a leakage ability of a PCSV of a vehicle fuel evaporation gas control system is provided to inspect an operational condition of a vehicle by changing high and low temperatures and to test the vehicle by controlling a driving signal of a vacuum pump on the basis of the maximum negative pressure generating condition. A device for testing a leakage ability of a PCSV of a vehicle fuel evaporation gas control system comprises the PCSV(1), an acceleration sensor(2), a thermocouple(3), a vibration control unit(4), a temperature control unit(5), a flowmeter(6), a current signal amplifier(7), an air filter(8), a pressure sensor(10), a PCSV duty controller(11), a vacuum pump(12), an air tank(9), and a data keeping unit(13). The PCSV is connected with the data keeping unit, the PCSV duty controller, and the flowmeter to prevent fuel evaporation gas of a vehicle from being discharged to the air. The acceleration sensor is connected with the data keeping unit to measure a degree of vibration. The thermocouple is connected with the data keeping unit to detect temperature of a surface for the PCSV and internal temperature thereof. The vibration control unit is used to make a vibrating condition of the vehicle. The temperature control unit is formed with the acceleration sensor, the thermocouple, and the PCSV inside and installed to realize changes of temperature for the vehicle. The flowmeter is used to measure a flow when the PCSV is operated and not operated. The current signal amplifier is installed to amplify a signal obtained by the flowmeter. The air filter is used to block a foreign material when inletting air. The pressure sensor is used to measure the degree of negative pressure with the air tank to control pressure thereof. The PCSV duty controller is installed to control frequency, voltage, and a duty ratio of the PCSV. The vacuum pump is used to generate a pressure difference between an input end and an output end. The air tank is installed to keep compressed air generated from the vacuum pump. The data keeping unit is installed to hold and analyze the signal obtained from the sensor and the amplifier.
