摘要 A file system applied to an NAND flash memory supporting fast mounting is provided to shorten a mount time in comparison with an existing file system by dividing and managing a meta area, a block information area, and a log area necessary for construction of the file system and reading only a location information area storing location information of each area. A file system applied to an NAND flash memory comprises the followings: a super-block area(101) which stores fixed information such as the capacity and type of a flash memory and the name and version information of the file system; a normal data area(106) which stores data such as files and directories; a meta area(104) which stores meta data about the normal data; a log area(103) which includes journaling information about operations such as generation or change of the normal data; a block information area(105) which includes state information related to each block for the total block of the flash memory; and a location information area(102) which manages each address of the log area, the meta area, and the block information area, and includes an unmount flag displaying whether the mount operation of the file system is normal.
