METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING AN ELECTRIC HEATING MIRROR AND THE MIRROR THEREOF

A method for manufacturing an electric heating mirror and a mirror thereof are provided to simplify the manufacturing processes by using the glass plates of the mirror as the insulating layers while removing a conventional etching process. A method for manufacturing an electric heating mirror and a mirror thereof comprise the steps of: forming the insulating layers(110) on the metal coating surface of the mirror formed of the metal coating surface on the rear side of the glass plates(101); drying the electric patterns of a specific formation by using the conducting type pastes on the insulating layers; drying the PTC paste in the specific formation on the electric patterns and the region which is not formed of the electric patterns among the upper parts of the insulating layers; and connecting the current input terminals to the electric pattern in parallel by using the conducting type adhesives.
