An electronic component transfer apparatus is provided to enhance a deliver process by effectively mounting plural electronic components on a packaging unit at a time. A main body(1) includes a support unit, which includes a driving unit at a lower portion thereof. A transfer robot(10) includes a left/right transfer unit, a sliding unit, and a component transfer unit. A working table is arranged on the support unit of the main body and includes a space therein. A pair of receiving units(88) are fixed at front and rear portions of an upper surface of the working table, and includes a frame, a fixing container, and a component receiving groove. A slide transfer unit(80) includes a second sliding unit, a container fixing unit, and an up/down rod. An alignment carrier(70) is arranged in the working table and driven by the driver, which is arranged on the support unit of the main body. The alignment carrier couples the container unit with the container fixing unit and includes a camera actuator, which sequentially transfers the components from one to the other side of the fixing container.
