A hot and cold water distributing box laid in a slab is provided to install a distributor easily by mounting an upper cover and a lower cover to a case to be openable and to check leakage of a bathroom by forming the lower cover with a transparent synthetic resin. A hot and cold water distributing box comprises a case(11), a mold, an upper cover(21), and a lower cover(25). The upper and lower parts of the case are opened. The bottom surface of the case is adhered to the mold. A distributor(31) is installed in the case. The upper opening of the case is covered by the upper cover. The concrete is poured into the mold to form a slab. The lower opening of the case exposed from the lower surface of the slab is covered by the lower cover after removing the mold. |
