An apparatus for improving air circulation amount and air conditioning efficiency of down flow type thermo-hygrostat is provided to smoothly circulate clean air in a room and to save power consumption by using air flow control fans provided with inverters. An apparatus for improving air circulation amount and air conditioning efficiency of down flow type thermo-hygrostat includes a double floor board(12) having a constant height from a bottom surface of a room, perforated plates(13), a thermo-hygrostat provided at a side part of upper surface of the perforated plate, where the thermo-hygrostat controls humidity and temperature of air and the air flows through an air guide path(14) formed between the double floor board and perforated plate so as to be supplied into the room, airflow control fans(9) respectively provided to bottom parts of the perforated plates, inverters respectively provided to the airflow control fans, where the fans spaced with longer distance from the thermo-hygrostat are more strongly controlled by the inverters in accordance with the distance.
