A multi-functional image inspection system is provided to realize the normal mode inspecting the surface of a sample, the polarized light mode inspecting inside of a sample, and the triple mode with non-reflective mode inspecting in clear condition. A multi-functional image inspection system includes a CCD or C-MOS camera body, a camera sensor(4), a lens unit(6), a first LED lamp(8), a second LED lamp(9), a horizontal polarization filter(10), a vertical polarization filter(11), a chip LED lamp(12), and a cap(15). The CCD or C-MOS camera body sends a signal of light inside a body as an electric signal. The camera sensor is formed at the front of the camera body, and receives image signals of light. The lens unit is formed at the front of the camera sensor, and receives images of the sample. The first LED lamp is installed by a lamp holder(7) outside the lens unit, has the normal curvature mode by irradiating light. The second LED lamp is installed by the lamp holder outside of the lens unit, and has the polarized light mode by irradiating light. The horizontal polarization filter and the vertical polarization filter are formed at the front of the first and the second LED lamps, and polarize light horizontally and vertically. The chip LED lamp is installed at the front of the vertical polarization filter, and has the non- reflective node which allows the inspection in clear condition without light- reflection. The cap is separably coupled at the front of the chip LED lamp, and has a prism(13) which converts the light of the ship LED lamp, and a through-hole(14) through which the light image signal of the sample.
