<p>A method for overcoming an error in a platform system is provided to make it possible to prevent a traffic loss and to offer a high quality service without stopping the service. A method for overcoming an error in a platform system comprises the following several steps. In case that a relay device which is an FEP(Front End Processor), stores data at the first database server which is a BEP(Back End Processor)(S201), the relay device checks whether there occurs a failure in the first database server(S203). If so, the relay device switches to the second database server, namely sets a parameter(i) with zero and increases the parameter by one(S205,S207). The relay device checks whether there occurs a failure at the i-th circuit(S209). If so, the relay device gets connected to the i-th circuit via a negotiation procedure with the second database server(S211). The relay device checks whether the parameter(i) is identical to the number of all the circuits(S213). If the relay device switches to the access to the second database server, the relay device transmits data to the second database server and the second database server stores the data(S215).</p> |
