The holder (14) has an annular-shaped part (28) elastically engaged around an outer circumference of a rubber hose (H). A locking clamp locks a hose clamp (12) to position the hose clamp in an axial direction of the hose. The part is deformable such that diameter of the part is increased or decreased by elastic deformation of an elastically deformable portion (32). The locking clamp is formed at a distal end of the portion such that the portion ensures a function of a restriction element. A case cover (42) receives a case of a screw lock mechanism of the hose clamp.
