The device has printable supports (SPI) pivoting around a support with a steel rod and a steel plate, and made of flexible materials e.g. coated or non coated textile materials, and rigid materials e.g. sheet of plastic material, materials molded in thermoplastic or metal sheet. The supports are pivoted backwards from a vertical position (1) to an inclined position (3) during filling of stock of products on a shelf. The supports pivot towards bottom and return to the position (1) to compensate for lack of products by an adapted decoration when the stock reaches a too low level of visibility.
