The present invention relates to a device making it possible to close a frame, which has a panel mounted in a removable manner articulated on the frame. The device is characterized by the fact that hook (3) of plug (2) has, at an end part, heel (16) that can stop against steep side (14) of articulation edge (5) of frame (1) in order to immobilize panel (2) in a secure open upright position roughly perpendicular to frame (1). The invention can be applied in the domain of roads. |
