<p>The making procedure involves performing fictile-shaping by casting, pressing and extruding compositions, cold-forming composition after total humidity of composition has been set by air drying/warm kneading, pressing composition on heated press at elevated temperature and pressure beside interacting, cooling composition after gradual pressure reduction while letting out steams, and then pressing composition again by high pressure at a lower temperature. The compositions are made by dry and/or aqueous procedure from crushed, teased materials of little pieces, strips or sheets characteristically with at least one heat-activated binding- and additive material, and contain surface-finishing materials for borrowing appropriate attributes.</p> |
