An apparatus and a method for outputting data in a semiconductor device are provided to perform ordering of plural data bits outputted from a memory core at one time in response to a control pulse enabled according to the ordering sequence and to output the plural data bits. A control pulse generation part(330) generates a plurality of control pulses enabled sequentially according to the output sequence determined in response to a start address. A multiplexing part(350) receives plural data bits from a memory core(310), and outputs the plural data bits sequentially in response to the sequential enabling of the control pulses. Each of the plural data bits is output when each corresponding control pulse is enabled.
