A liquid storage tank 1 has a tank cap 9 removably mounted thereon for opening/closing a liquid supplying port 7 formed at an outer peripheral surface thereof. One end of a pipe joint 11 is attached to the tank cap 9. An air releasing pipe 25 is attached to the pipe joint 11. One end of the air releasing pipe 25 is arranged at the inner side of the tank cap 9. The other end of the air releasing pipe 25 is arranged at the outer side of the tank cap 9.
