The device has a walking pleat (1), and a top part (4) stitched to a bottom part (2) for forming a pocket that is provided with a space between the parts, where the device is made of folded polar fabric e.g. pyrene wool. The top part rests on a bedding and the bottom part covers feet. A rubber band (6) is stitched on each side for maintaining the parts together while leaving the space between the parts. The bottom part is maintained on a mattress that is stitched on a width that passes under the mattress and rejoins another width by a strap (3) on which a tensioning strap buckle is fixed.
